    * It was good to work on technique for so many pulls. Had a handful of sloppy attempts unfortunately, but overall I think I did pretty well. I'm just trying to focus on my cues and being patient.

    B: 190... 205...
    * Snatch pulls felt strong and focusing on finishing the second pull strong and tall.

    C: 285, 285, 285, 315, 315
    * Squats felt pretty good today. Using the knee wraps really helps alleviate some of the pain in my left knee.

    D: 52, 53, 50, 49, 52
    * Pushed very hard and trying to keep it consistent each set. My goal was to keep it above 50 calories each set.

    E: Did 3 sets of handstand walks of about 20 feet. They are getting more comfortable which is good and I had a lot of long stretches in there.
    - Also finished up with some toes to bar. Did a set of 20 and then 3 sets of 10.
