    * I actually had to do this workout at fitness connection but I still got most of it done! I'm hitting 305 next time for sure I barely missed it!

    B: Complete
    * Had to do this one on the bars cuz I didn't have rings.

    C: Wasn't able to do this part so I did a clean complex instead.
