Unbroken Double Unders x 40-50 reps
Handstand Walk x 25-30 ft

B.
6 sets of:
Strict Press x 3 reps @ 75%

C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 14 minutes:
Even minutes - 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24"/20")
Odd Minutes - 10 Push Press (115lbs/75lbs)

D.
2-3 rounds of:
Seated DB Press x 8-12 reps
Single Arm DB Row x 8-12 reps

  1. A: completed. All DU unbroken. Handstand walks shakey but had a few good runs. Forward leaning rest was fun!!

    B: 135 for all sets!

    C: This one got rough!!
    First 4 sets got all 10 reps of each. Last 3 sets were only 6 burpee box overs in the minute but still got all 10 push press
