    Slower rest cycles above 60rpm
    Total 212 cals

  2. Forced myself to work some soreness out of my quads

    Row: 2875 total meters
    1:55 or less for work cycles
    2:20 ish for easy cycles
    Then about 45-60 mins of stretching
