A: 155, 165, 175, 205 I was not on point I felt like I was rushing the pull on some of the lifts.
ReplyDeleteB: 205 all sets this felt a lot heavier than I thought it was going to be.
C: 8:40 - only had to break up the set of 9 on the cleans and the HSPU got really rough I had to go into doubles and singles
