Halting Clean Deadlift + Hang Clean + Clean
Sets 1-3 – 55%
Sets 4-6 – 65%
Sets 7-8 – 70%
Sets 9-10 – 75%

B.
5 sets of:
1 ¼ Front Squat x 3 reps @ 75%

C.
For Time:
12-9-6-3
Hang Clean (165lbs/105lbs)
Strict Hand Stand Push Up

  2. A: 155, 165, 175, 205 I was not on point I felt like I was rushing the pull on some of the lifts.
    B: 205 all sets this felt a lot heavier than I thought it was going to be.
    C: 8:40 - only had to break up the set of 9 on the cleans and the HSPU got really rough I had to go into doubles and singles
