Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets)
Push Jerk + Jerk @ 80% of Split Jerk
 
C.
For time:
Run 400 Meters
12 Muscle Ups
Run 400 Meters 9 Muscle Ups
Run 400 Meters
6 Muscle Ups
 
*Modified Muscle Up Biathlon. Each time you break, you must take a 200m Run.

    * These were a little awkward but a good drill.

    B: 225 for all sets
    * Felt good and fast overall except for a couple reps that were a little squirly.

    185. Cycled right from push jerk into split jerk with no reset. I think my form got a bit sloppy and by rd 8 or so was pretty tough!

    Pretty happy with this one today!!
