    * Deadlifts felt ok today. 455 went up pretty good and I think I would have hit 475 if I was a little more fresh, but next time for sure!

    B: 115 for all sets (deficit RDL's instead)

    * I felt really good about this workout and I almost hit my goal of all pullups unbroken. All of my runs were consistent, first one being 1:43 and then all others were right around 1:35... Went unbroken on the butterflies for the first 3 sets... 4 and 5 I hit 12 butterfly before switching to kip but stayed on the bar... last set I hit 9 butterfly, but could only do 3 kips before having to come down. So close!!

    D: Worked on some gymnastics afterward!

    1. C. Felt pretty dang good. Went unbroken on all ctb except the last one I did 9/6. Runs we're all about 1:40-1:45.
