  1. A. 260 nailed it, 275 nailed the first failed the second tried a third and nailed it.

    B. 155, 185, 205, 215, 225pr(push press)

    C. Ouch... 36:40 BUT finished it and actually learned how to snatch during this workout. It forced me to drop under it. I continuously broke I my double unders, on accident, I wasn't doing good on those today. As much as the workout sucked, it rocked.
