Romanian Deadlift x 5 reps @ 60% of Back Squat
D.
Every minute, on the minute for 30 minutes:
Minute 1 - 10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
(If you can't get 10, just keep working through the whole minute)
Minute 2 - 6 Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Overs (50lbs/35lbs)
Minute 3 - 20 Double Unders
A: 225, 235, 245, 250 x 5 sets
ReplyDelete* All clean n jerks felt pretty good, no misses.
B: 355, 380, 405, 430, 445
* No misses and the pulls felt strong today. 445 was easy money!
C: 265 for all sets
* Felt good
D: Complete and unbroken
* Pullups felt pretty good, almost didn't break the butterflies but had to on a couple reps at the end... box step overs were the hardest part by far but got em done in 25-27 secs each round... DU felt good for the most part, but broke a couple times.
A: opened with 185 then finished next 7 sets at 195. Missed a couple. Still struggling with thé Split jerk!!!
