Minute 2 - 15 Overhead Kettlebell Lunges (35lbs/26lbs)
Minute 3 - 20 Double Unders + 10 Thrusters (75lbs/50lbs)

ReplyDelete* Focused on just a simple power clean n jerk because my knees were pretty sore. I don't like power cleans that much but it's good to work on them. Last couple reps were sketchy cuz I was tired.
B: 320, 340, 365, 385, 415
* Deads felt easy and smooth today so that was good. Last set still felt light.
C: skipped
D: Complete
* My goal was to go unbroken through the entire conditioning piece, but on the 6th round of pullups, my left handed started to tear so I had to stop at 8, then I tried on the next round, did 3 and stopped cuz it wasn't worth ripping. Got everything else unbroken so that was good.
