A: I went a little lighter on the weights.
ReplyDelete215, 225, 245, 265, 275. - 245 for max reps got 10 reps
B: 95 felt good
C: 185 all reps, jerks felt really good.
D: 16:25 firs set of muscle ups did ok, the snatches went good grip started to fatigue, second set of muscle ups went really slow started at 2 once I failed one had to go into singles.
