1. 95,115,135,155- worked technique. Felt good as I got more warmed up
ReplyDelete2. 3 rounds at 155, 3 rounds at 165. No misses but still catching it too high.
3. Done. Missed first EMOM by 1 burpee but hit the rest. Paced the burpees too much on last round!
A: 135, 155, 165, 175, 185
ReplyDelete* Happy with my complex. I don't think I've hit 185 for that complex yet so that was good! No misses either.
B: 185 for all sets
* Power snatch felt pretty good but I did have one miss, but I made up for it at the end.
C:
1 - Complete
* Kept a 3x5 pace with about 10 sec in between/ steady pace on the last set.
2 - (KB swings/DU) Missed the last 2 DU... very frustrated.
* My rope was kicking my ass today.
3 - (DB snatch/ box jump) - Complete
* Finished each set at between 28-30 secs.
