A.
Back Squat
5 reps @ 60%
4 reps @ 70%
3 reps @ 80%
2 reps @ 85%
2 reps @ 90%
1 rep @ 90+%
1 rep @ 90+%
1 rep @ 90+% (optional)
 
B.
Three sets of:
  Jerk Balance (pause 3 sec in receiving position) x 3 reps
then...
Every two minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
Split Jerk x 1-2 reps @ 90%
 
C.
As many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes, of:
3 Hang Squat Cleans (205lbs/135lbs)
5 Muscle Ups

    * Just didn't feel very strong this morning which sucks!

    B: 255 for all sets (2 reps on last set)
    * Didn't miss any reps but even my split jerk felt heavy and not as clean as usual. Frustrating

    C: 4 rds
    * Squat cleans were easy, kept singles on those. Hit the first set of 5 muscle ups, then tried to keep a 3/2 pace but ended up missing one on the third and fourth rounds.

    D: Handstand holds
