    * Squats felt good today. Didn't slow down too much.

    B: 165/ 175 x 2 sets
    * These felt easy as well

    C: 11/10/10/10
    * I was happy with these numbers. Stayed explosive and consistent. My goal beforehand was 5-7 reps and I exceeded that each set. Even started the last set with a triple and a double.

    D: :35/:30/:29/:29/ :28
    * Used 135 for the front squats and treated these like sprint sets since we had plenty of rest in between. Strong and consistent.

    B: 145, 160. Pretty easy sets.

    C: 8/8/8/6
    Tried to maintain 8 but failed myblast 2 attempts in the final rd.

    Felt like i was moving quick and stayed consistant
