ReplyDelete* Squats were quick and easy today. Speed was good.
B: 165 for all sets
* Tried to incorporate as much shoulder strength as I could on each rep. Only used about 50% power from the hips.
C: Complete
* Focused on cycling the whole complex. Took about 5-7 sec/rep
D: 14:28
* The cleans were tough but I handled them well... I purposely broke my DU to save my arms for the muscle ups so I went 25/25 on the first set, and then 20/20/10 on the others... On the muscle ups I went 4/2, 3/2/1, 2/2/2, 3/3. I tried something different each round. Just gotta keep working on my DU and muscle ups.
