3 sets, for max reps of:
Power clean in 30 seconds @ (125lbs/85lbs)
-rest 60 seconds

D.
3 sets, for max reps of:
5 Overhead Squats (135lbs/95lbs)
Max Rep Chest to Bar Pull Ups
-rest 2 minutes

  1. A: 305 for all sets
    * I don't think I warmed up enough so my knees were feeling some pain during the squats.

    B: 165 for all sets
    * These felt good, powerful and smooth.

    C: 15/14/14
    * I was starting to really feel my forearms after the second round so I had to apply the hook grip for the last set.

    D: 15/12/11
    * The OHS were easy but the pullups were especially hard because of the wear on the forearms from "C"
