ReplyDelete* I don't think I warmed up enough so my knees were feeling some pain during the squats.
B: 165 for all sets
* These felt good, powerful and smooth.

* I was starting to really feel my forearms after the second round so I had to apply the hook grip for the last set.

* The OHS were easy but the pullups were especially hard because of the wear on the forearms from "C"
