    My wrists might be a while yet, so I'm heavily modifying.

    * These felt good. Just working on technique and speed under the bar which I feel is getting better.

    B: 275 x 2 sets/ 285 x 2 sets

    C: 6 + 8
    * Got 1 hspu in the round of 7. Not as far as I wanted to get.

    D: Complete (purple band/ 26# kb
