    * Squats weren't hard but I did have some knee pain which is never fun.

    B: 210 for all sets
    * The push presses felt a little heavier today, but I still got it done.

    * This was definitely rough and a great mental test to see if you can push yourself to stick with a good pace even when you're tired
    ... I went 10's on the swings through 60 with 12-15 sec rest, and then 3x5 with 10 sec rest to finish.
    ... Went all 5's on the wall balls with 5 breaths in between.
    ... singles on the G-OH to 10, then 5x3 with 10-12 sec rest.
    ... Went 5's on the burpees with 10-15 sec rest
    ... Went singles to 10 on the jumps, then 5's with 10 set rest.
    ... And finally finished with 5/5/5/10 on the dead lifts.

    B: 145
    This was an easy weight. My ohs may be higher than the 205 i used as my max.
