*move quickly but focus on efficient movement

  1. A: 300/ 325 for 4 sets
    * Squats felt fine but felt kinda weak and still some knee pain.

    B: 165/175/190 x 3x3
    * Felt good.

    C: 582/574/571
    * I'm still sick so I had to go to the bathroom after the first round of this wod. Consequently I probably took closer to 3 min rest before the second round... stayed with consistent singles on the squat clusters... first round of rowing just kept a consistent fast pace... second round I went 30 sec fast/ 1 min slower/ and 30 fast to finish... last round I alternated fast/slow strokes every 10 strokes.

    D: 6+2
    * Just tried to keep a consistent pace. Pullups and pushups were good and clean, and the squats were clean but I could probably push a little faster pace if I had to do it again.
