    * Happy with squats today

    B: 165/ 175/ 190x2/ 205x1/ 225(x)/ 225
    * Push press felt a little heavy today. I was hoping to get at least 235 but that didn't happen.

    C: 10:46
    * Did sets of 10 on the burpees, alternating quick sets with step back sets with about 10 sec rest in between, finishing at 3:37...
    Went 12/10/8 on the squats with 30-45 sec rest between...
    Went 5/4/3/2/2/4 on the MU and I felt like I kept a pretty good pace on those.

    *Back felt tight so i didn't push it too much.

    B: 145/155/165/185-220
    *Cant remember what my last PR was but this felt good should have just gone 225.

    C: 19:37, burpees completed in sets of 10 with stepping into them in the later sets, cant remember how long this part took me but I feel I should have gone faster on these.
    -Coach said to use 85% of your clean so mine was around 215 but I went with 225, squats felt real good should have gone with a higher number but oh well. Sets went 7/7/4/10 finished
    -Finished the burpees and squats in 10:06 and took just about 9:30 for the muscle ups, still slow at these but working at getting faster and linking them... Really focused on not missing any reps, only missed two.

    B: 135,155,165,175,185,205
    C: 4:?? For the burpees, used #225 went 5,5,3,3,3,3,3,5 for the squats, all sets of 5 on MU..
    This was not easy for me as last night I had a bad allergic reaction to sushi and my stomach felt like hell so I was just happy I was able to workout today :)..
