* Push press definitely started getting heavy towards the higher percentages but I still pushed through it.

* I was happy with these numbers. My slowest round was still 1 rep/ 10 sec.
* Also in the warm up I was able to handstand walk 6 mats (36 feet) all the way to the wall and go right into a handstand pushup so that was cool.
