10 Front Rack Lunge Complexes (135lbs/95lbs)
(Lunge Right Leg + Lunge Left Leg + Shoulder to Overhead)
*Lunges must also go forward. No stepping backwards*

    B: 240 for all sets
    * Feels good to get some heavy OHS again.

    C: 6:49
    * Kept a steady pace on the burpees. Used a step back technique and just kept moving... Went 10/5/5/4/4/2 on the pullups... Went 4/3/3 on the lunge complexes. That was a good one.
