ReplyDelete* First set was regular but I decided to hit some pause squat for the rest of the sets. Still felt good.
B: 175 for all sets
* Felt good and threw some pauses on the dip to make sure I was maintaing good position at the bottom.

* This got rough real quick. I came it between 30-35 sec after each run... Went unbroken on all of the push press... Went unbroken on the first 5 sets of pullups, then had to go 4/3 and 3/2/2 for the rest.
D: Hand stand walked the entire gym while fatigued.
