Clean and Jerk x 3 reps

B.
Every 8 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets)
1000m Row
30 Wall Ball Shots (20lbs/14lbs)
20 Box Jumps
10 Muscle Ups

C.
Spend 15 minutes mobilizing whatever hurts.

    * All my clean n jerks felt sharp. I was able to cycle right into the jerk on every set except for the last two sets at 245.

    B:
    - 7:50
    - 1 muscle up
    - 3 muscle ups
    - 5 muscle ups
    * I knew this workout was gonna be rough but it was all about getting comfortable being uncomfortable. I was happy I at least finished one of the rounds... I would've hit 3 muscle ups on the second round but I had to bail when I came through the rings wide and didn't wanna tear my shoulder... Overall I was happy with my muscle ups though because I was still able to hit 5 unbroken on the last set when I was very fatigued so that's a good sign that my gymnastics have gotten better.
    ... averaged between 3:35-3:45 on the rows ... Went 15/15 on the first set of wall balls and then went 10/10/10 on the last 3 sets ... stepped down on the first 2 sets of jumps, but switched to bounding for the last 2 sets which actually felt easier and cut some time off.

  2. A: 155/175/199/221 (Used KG plates)
    Cleans felt good but the jerks got sloppy on the last set, elbow is still bugging me so that added up quick.
    B: 3:40 I was able to hit one BAR muscle up in the first round, wall balls were completed 10/10/10... Had to restart the rower after it shutting down so that ate up some time.
    Second round: 3:45ish, 12/8/10 completed 15 box jumps
    Third round: 3:56 12/8/7/3 completed 12 box jumps
    Fourth round: 3:50 7/8/6/8 completed 12 box jumps within the time cap and then completed 8 for the 20 after. Used a mix of stepping down and bounding throughout the workout but the row took a lot out of me.
    This workout sucked for me, I think I hit a wall mentally since work was so draining for me today.
