  1. A: 1RM Push Jerk-155 (pr), 2RM Weighted Pullup-53#, 3RM Weighted Dip-53#
    B: 4 round for time: 2 15' Rope Climb and 4 Squat Cleans (165#)
8:48 Very happy I finished under the 10 min time cap. I started with power cleans, then on round two decided to start moving my feet, and from then on the squat cleans were much smoother. I just need to keep working on my strength. Rope climbs were good, focused on only needing two pulls for each climb.

  2. A: Push-Jerk: 130# failed at 140#, turned out to be more of a push press. 2 RM weighted pull-up: 32lbs including chain. Ran out of time for dips.
B: 2 rounds finished in ten mins, did 2 more rope climbs and one more clean/squat after the time cap. 135# for the cleans.

  3. A: Push Jerk135, 155, 185, 205 PR.. Felt good!! 2 Rep weighted pullup- 45, 80, 85, 95 for 2. First 2 repmax at 95. 3 rep weighted dip- 53, 97. First time doing 3 rep weighted dip. 97# would be a PR!

    B: 7:46
Happy with my finish time but definatly need to work on getting comfortable with recieving the clean at the bottom. I was power cleaning and then front squatting each rep.

Overall happy with my performance today!!!

  4. A:
    - P, Jerk - 245
    - Pullup - 60.5
    - Dip - 97
    * Looking back, I think I should have had my own bar. It's simply too time consuming with 3 people rotating and switching weight. We just didn't have the wherewithal or focus to get the job done on that first part.

    B: 7:27
    * I should have gotten a faster time but I lost focus and composure on 3 of the squat clean reps. Two of them resulted in missed reps, but the last one resulted in re-injuring my wrist due to a lazy high pull, and that's on me... I wasn't disappointed in my rope climbs. I made every climb in 2 1/2 pulls, but I need to get that down to 2 to save time. Dealing with the gloves was kind of a chore. I like them for the way down, but they make it harder going up, so I gotta pick my battles. I feel like if I cleaned some things up, I could get sub-7 min on that wod.

  5. A.
    Push jerk max 110lbs
    Weighted pull up 12lbs
Weighted dip........ Did not make it in the 15 minutes

    B.
I used 95lbs for the squat cleans. Finished the 4 rounds in 9:58. I was happy to finish, I could of gone a little heavier on the cleans, but I might of not finished in the 10 minute time cap.

I just want to say that I am going to miss you guys in the morning class. My kids go back to school next week. I am going to try to make the evening comp classes. I have learned SO much in the las three weeks, thank you all for letting me join you and for being patient with me as I learn!

  6. A. I stuck to the 15 min time cap and rushed through to get them all done
the push jerk was 135# and felt okay. My two rep max pull up was 22# with the chain. The dip was 16# with the chain. I felt incredibly sore and was struggling with the dip and pull ups

    B. I am so happy to say I actually completed this work out and timer went off right after I finished my final clean. I did the prescribed weight of 135# felt heavy but I made sure to make each pull count. I only failed one rep and fought to get each one up. They were all squat cleans.
