Back Squat
Build quickly to heavy set of 10.

B.
EMOTM for 10 minutes:
Snatch x 1 rep

150 Double-under buy in,
then
15 Wall Ball
15 Toes-to-bar

  1. A: 130#, could have probably added 5-10 more pounds.
    B: 50# -> 85#, felt easier once it got heavier.
    C: 100# -> 130#, couldn't stand up with 135#.
    D: Finished all the double unders, 1 + 21. Used a 15lb. wall ball.

  2. A. 225# for two sets of ten. Shoes make a difference.
    B.115# for two reps then 135# for remainder. Working on form and technique.
    C.115# for all ten. Again working on form. Eyes up.
    D. Completed about 40 double unders in the three minutes I worked them for a new personal best. 2+13

  3. A: Hit 315 for a set of ten (actually I'm pretty sure it was 11 but anyway lol) Felt pretty good.

    B: 145, 155, 165, " ", 175, " ", " ", 185, 195, 205, (attempted a PR @ 215 but just missed it)
    * Snatch felt good today. Speed was good and cleaned up my scarecrow mid way through.

    C: 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235, " ", " ", 245, 255
    * Cleans and jerks felt strong today. Need to work on re-positioning the hands at the end of the clean to supply a stronger, cleaner jerk.

    D: 120 reps (4 rds)
    * The DU smoked my shoulders and forearms, but I still think I partitioned them as well as I could considering it's not my best exercise. I think I finished the DU at about 2:25. I broke up the WB into 10 and 5 each set... 10 and 5 on the first set of T2B, but had to break them up more after that.

    E: Muscle up practice
    * Feeling better again!! I hit 10 in a row with no misses. About 20-25 seconds rest in betweeen.

  5. A: 125# for a set of ten. Felt good but got heavy by number 6

    B: 65#, 70#, 75#, 80#
    *Snatches felt good. Did a better job settling at the bottom.

    C: 100#, 105#, 110#, 120#
    *Clean and jerks felt good also. Felt like I got under the weight and worked on bouncing out of the hole.

    D: 1+13 =43 reps
    *DU's and toes to bar slowed me down. Need to find an efficient way to cycle toes to bar.

    this movements were not there for me this time I was slow, un able to get under the bar and my technique was just not there

    B:125. Really trying to hit all my points. I knew what to do, my body did not want to comply.
    C:175. Again, I was not pulling correctly n it caused the weight to feel heavier than actually was. Primarily beacuae I was pulling too high and not riding it down properly. On both EMOMs I went to a full squat bit still felt uncontrolled. Next time.
    D: 3. Double unders just weren't linking for me and I wasnt relaxing. Also, my breathing was off when I did my t2b. I need to practice not piking.

  8. A: 110# weight felt heavy about half way and my form also got bad.
    B: 50-75# weight felt good. Had to get my balance no the last snatch.
    C: 80# still working on making contact with the bar on each clean.
    D: Finished 2 rounds. Took a few tries to finish the DU. Was only able to link 10 T2B all the others were singles.

    B 65#, 85#, 95# pr at 105# for the last set
    C. 105# 115# 125# 135# PR at 145# and then failed a clean attempt at 150# I barely missed the clean and was excited to PR my clean and jerk by 10# with 145# overall felt great

    D. 150 double unders were a problem that day I completed 1 round one set of wall balls and 13 toes to bar just short of 2 rounds
