A: Handstands coming along slowly as are the l-sits. they still need alot of work but feel small improvements

* Some of the reps were a little sloppy. I was having trouble treating light weight like light weight.

A. Handstand walks are getting alot better I feel much more controlled. I definetly need a lot of work with my L sits
ReplyDeleteB. I really enjoyed this one. I felt as time went on I became a lot more efficient but I do still need to work on slowing down my pull and getting under the bar quicker.

I stayed pretty consistent. The squat snatches were very akward at first but I did feel much better as I went on
I forgot to wear my knee sleeves and I felt them fatigue much quicker than usual. Overall I liked this one
