  1. A. 72...not what i was hoping for but ok. Breathing was ay out of control

    B. Fran....7:31 that is better than the 12minute i remember doing it last time. I had nothing left for the clean/ jerk portion. Left shoulder hurts pretty bad before and after. Looking forward to three days to rest it.

    B. finished just after the cap. Didn't get to clean and jerks but I worked on them for a few mins after. Hit 140# clean and jerk and then hit a 145# clean. PR!!! Almost had 150#, next time.

    * Did 35 straight before switching to more of a sprint format where I did 5 quick with 5 breaths in between. That was pretty rough.

B: around 5:30 for the fran and freaking no-scored on the clean n jerk. I think the burpees affected me on the fran, and I should've been smarter on fran. I burned myself out at the beginning and probably should've partitioned earlier. The weights were scattered so it took me way to long to load the bar for clean n jerk. At this point I figured I only had one attempt and wanted to get a good score so I loaded 225 on the bar, but missed it. I should've hit 205 first to at least get a score.

B: Scaled it to 15-2-9 wasn't able to finish the set of 9 pull-ups. Time ran out before i could clean. I cleaned 100lbs about 30 seconds after time ran out.

    B) Scaled to 15-12-9 and did not finish my last 9 pullups because i had one minute to get to my clean and jerk. I changed my weight and still didnt get to it but i did 90 # after the time. I was disappointed with my pullups for Fran.
