  2. A: 135, 155, 70, 85, 200
    * Snatch felt pretty good today. Trying to focus on pulling the bar up and not looping and keeping my feet quiet in transition. Next time I'm gonna focus on sticking the landing for a longer period of time.

    B: 315, 325, 335, 345, " "
    * Squats felt pretty good today. Didn't really have trouble on any of the sets. Probably could have went 55 or 65 if I wanted to push it.

    C: 30:42 (over the cap unfortunately)
    * I feel like we had a good strategy going into this workout. I started on the row and I did 4 rounds of 500m while the others did 3 rounds. This way scott could get a lot of rest before starting the MU, and I needed all the rest I could get before trying to contribute on those. I did get 4 or 5 sets of doubles though so I was pumped about that! I let scott and adrienne fiinish out the last 7 MU so I could get ready for OHS and started us off with a set of 15. We went guy/girl the whole time so adrienne actually had more opportunities, but I think it might have actually worked better to give her more rest because she wasn't very comfortable with those.

  3. A. Started at #95 went to 115# but couldnt get good form due to left shoulder pain making it hard to open fully during rep. i absolutley hate not being able to do the prescribed work out. Was quite pissy for a little bit.
    B. #115, 201, " " " " I actually felt easier as the sets contnued.
    C. Kat, Devinee, and I were teamed up. C2 times were consistent at 1:48, 1:48, 1:44. The ladies done fantastic work also.Jumping muscle ups felt good. I am hopeful to be rocking them for real soon. OHS felt good for me once i got into them. Shoulder squaked at me all thru out them. We went over time by 1:50 but completed it.

  5. A and B i couldn't do, do to a back injury. So i spent that time mobilizing and stretching.

    C. Had group of 3 and rotated girl, boy, girl. We started off pretty strong on the rower. Finding a rhythm and pace was key and most of us found that. We switched off every 500M. None of us could do the MU so we had to jump up into position and push from there. I wasnt able to push up unfortunately but the fact that i got to practice jumping and get a feel for what it would be like on the rings was helpful and im pumped to get to learn these one day! (hint hint :) ) OHS was sloppy my first set and only put in 4 reps do to bad hand positions and not bringing my shoulders to my hears and utilizing that; but once i went my second set i felt warmed up and great and hit 10 reps every set.

    B. I used 155# for all the sets

    C. Joseph and I did 3k row
    30 mu (Mine were all attempts)
    60 over head squats
    we finished in 26 even
