A.
Three sets, not for time:
Hanstand Walk x 40-50 ft
V-Ups x 10-12 reps
Rope Climbs x 2-3 reps

B.
Every minute on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Snatch x 1 rep

Loads per minute by %: 50, 60, 70, 75, 80, 80-85, 85, 85-90, 90, 90-95, 95, 95+

C.
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes(10 sets):
200 m Run
Ring Dips x 8/5 reps
Double Unders x 30 reps

Because everyone asks the same damn question.. all the damn time.

  1. A: Complete
    * Handstand walks are feeling better and more stable. Walked the farthest so far today, about 8 feet in control. Ropes were ok, the grip isn't as good with gloves on but coming down in smoother so it evens out.

    B: 110, 130, 150, 160, 170, 185, " ", 190, 195, 200, 205,,, hit another 205 for extra credit.
    * Snatches felt pretty good today, I was trying to rush out of the bottom though which made it harder to lock out the arms. Gotta get more comfortable hitting that bottom position first.

    C: All rounds complete
    * I was able to keep a quick consistent pace but it was definitely challenging. My runs were consistent at 34-36 seconds, went unbroken on all the ring dips, and finished the DU between 1:23-1:30 each round. Hit 6-7 sets unbroken.

  2. A. complete.
    * Drew gave me some helpful pointers with the handstand walks and they are coming along pretty well. I need to learn a new technique on my rope climbs I noticed mine are alot slower than most

    B. 55, 65, 75,80,80,85,90,90,95,95,100, 105 failed attempt at 110# wich is a PR Felt overall pretty good Once Drew had me holding it at the bottom. It made me aware of the adjustments I needed to make.

    C. All rounds complete the first two my double unders were a little broken but the rest of the rounds they were unbroken. Umm ring dips... can anyone teach me to kip haha... Each round i ended with anywhere from 23-30 seconds of rest.

  3. A: worked just on standing balance. Balance is getting better but walks feel a ways off. V-ups are an awkward movement for me but got through it. Rope climbs werent a problem.

    B: 95, 115, 135, 135, 155, 155, 165, 165, 185, 185, 190, 190
    I failed at one of the attempts at 185 but just got lazy on it. First attempt at 190 felt really good and I nailed it. Second attempt I failed twice but pretty happy with the snatch today and how good the 190 hit felt.

    C: All rounds complete
    went unbroken on all movements except one DU i broke once with a miss. Really happy wioth this one today and my pace. Was thinking Id have toi break somewhere on the ring dips but maintained the whole way unbroken. Good training day for me today!!
